Minutes:

Councillor Maggie Hulcoop declared a non-pecuniary interest for item 5, as she was the Ward Councillor for, and a patient of, Osler House.

 

Councillor Bob Davis declared a non-pecuniary interest in item 5, as the Chair of the Age Group.

Health and Wellbeing Strategy - Final Report

Minutes:

The Working Group considered the final report for the Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

 

RESOLVED that the Working Group recommends to Cabinet that:

 

A       The Health and Wellbeing Strategy, attached as Appendix A to the report, be approved.

Minutes:

The Overview Working Group considered an update report on the Regeneration Strategy.

 

RESOLVED that:

 

A       Officers procure external consultants to produce the Regeneration Strategy in line with the process outlined in the report.

To review the Overview Working Group’s work plan for the current year.

Minutes:

Councillor Beckett advised the group that all actions that had been mapped for the year had been met.

 

He took this opportunity to thank not only the Working Group Members but Officers and Senior Management who had assisted the group in meeting their targets.

Matters of Urgent Business

Such other business which, in the opinion of the Chair, should be received as a matter of urgency by reason of special circumstances to be specified in the minutes.

Minutes:

Councillor Beckett advised the group that on Wednesday 14 May 2018 there would be a one Conference with workshops at the Playhouse called “Tell it how it is” to support mental health awareness.
