RESOLVED that:
A The Portfolio Holder approved the draft East of Harlow Masterplanning Guidance Supplementary Planning Document (EHMG SPD) for public consultation.
B The Portfolio Holder agreed with the HGGT Board recommendation that, in consultation with the HGGT Board Chair, the HGGT Director is authorised to make minor amendments to the EHMG prior to consultation.
Reasons for the decision:
A To follow the recommendations of the HGGT Board and enable public consultation on the EHMG.
B To allow HDC and EFDC to make any necessary non-consequential amendments to the EHMG before it is published for consultation.
