Full Council received a referral from the Licensing Committee on responses to the gambling policy consultation.
Proposed by Councillor Nick Churchill (seconded by Councillor Andrew Johnson) it was:
RESOLVED that the Gambling Licensing Policy Statement for the purposes of the Gambling Act 2005 as proposed in the body of the report, and attached as Appendix A to the report be adopted.
