RESOLVED that Cabinet approves the two additional items to the Cabinet Overview Working Group Work Plan 2015/16 as outlined in paragraph 2 of the report submitted.

The Cabinet received a report from its Overview Working Group requesting the addition of two items to its 2015/16 work plan.

RESOLVED that Cabinet approves the two additional items to the Cabinet Overview Working Group Work Plan 2015/16 as outlined in paragraph 2 of the report submitted.

To agree the Overview Working Group’s work plan for the current year.  A report to be circulated separately following the Cabinet meeting on 23 July 2015 reference Agenda Item 12.

The Working Group received the Cabinet items for review during 2015/16 and allocated them to its work plan.

There was one item from the Overview Working Group’s 2014/15 work plan that was not completed which members thought should be added to the 2015/16 work plan.  There was also one additional item that Councillors thought should be added to the work plan of this Group.

RESOLVED that:

A     It is recommended to Cabinet that the Future of the Town Centre and a Review of the Process for Child Protection be added to the Overview Working Group Work Plan for 2015/16 (dates of consideration to be confirmed at a future meeting).

B    The work plan is approved as per the table appended to these minutes.
