The Cabinet recommended to Full Council that:

 

i)        The Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Plan, as set out in Appendix A to this report, be approved.

 

ii)      Authority be delegated to the Managing Director, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing, to make minor amendments to the Plan, if necessary, following consultation.
