Further to Minute 5, Work Plan 2014/15, Resolution C(vi), The Chairman advised that the term ‘illegal encampments’ should not be used by the Committee and should be replaced by ‘unauthorised encampments’.

 

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 22 July 2014 be agreed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman, subject to the replacement of ‘illegal encampments’ with unauthorised encampments in Minute 5, Resolution C (vi).

The Committee received a report setting out a proposed scope and timetable for its 2014/15 Work Plan. Graham Branchett, Chief Operating Officer, introduced the report.

 

RESOLVED that the scope and timetable for the Committee’s 2014/15 work plan, as detailed in Appendix A to the report, is agreed.

The Committee received a scoping report for the review of the impact of Hate Crime in Harlow. Graham Branchett, Chief Operating Officer, introduced the report.

 

RESOLVED that the Committee confirms the scope of the review of Hate Crime in Harlow.

Minutes:

The Committee received a scoping report for the review of the Council’s Customer Services. Graham Branchett, Chief Operating Officer, introduced the report.

 

Councillor Joel Charles asked that the review also explore the computer system used by the Council to manage customer contact and complaints.

 

RESOLVED that the Committee confirms the scope of the review of the Council’s Customer Services.
