RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 6 July 2022 are agreed and signed as a correct record by the Chair.

*           Comments invited from members of the public who have registered with the Governance Support Section (01279 446055) at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting, as follows:

                        -           each speaker is limited to 3 minutes (maximum).

*           Comments invited from the applicant/agent for a maximum of 3 minutes (who has also given at least 24 hours notice to the Governance Support Section) of their wish to speak.

*           Councillors’ questions and clarifications.

*           Officers respond to the technical planning questions raised as directed by the Chair.

*           Councillors debate and make a decision.

The Committee received a report and application HW/FUL/22/00001 for the erection of a three-bedroom semi-detached property and detached garage at 25 Jerounds.

RESOLVED that the application be APPROVED subject to the conditions in the original report, as amended by the supplementary report.

The Committee received a report and application HW/S106/22/00217 for a dead of variation request for removal of Schedule 3 (Car Parking) from S106 Agreement linked with planning permission HW/FUL/19/00291, Block D at 15-29 West Gate.

Representations were heard from Councillor Tony Edwards and the agent.

RESOLVED that the application be APPROVED subject to the conditions in the original report, as amended by the supplementary report.

The Committee received a report and application HW/FUL/22/00223 for the erection of two one-storey buildings for the purpose of creating 6 no. social housing bungalows for people over 55 at Land North of Tye Green Lodge, Tye Green Village.

RESOLVED that the application be APPROVED subject to the conditions in the original report, as amended by the supplementary report.

The Committee received a report and application HW/FUL/22/00237 for the erection of 12 no. residential apartments and commercial space with new hard and soft landscaping and associated parking at Land to the West of Staple Tye Shopping Centre, Perry Road.

RESOLVED that the application be APPROVED subject to the conditions in the original report, as amended by the supplementary report.
