Members of the Sub Committee considered the application to determine the case in accordance with the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 and the Council’s Street Trading Licensing Procedure. Having carefully considered all of the evidence presented by the Licensing Officer, the Applicant and the Applicant’s Representative, it was: RESOLVED that the Street Trading Licence be granted as applied for.
