26.	Apologies for absence Minutes: None.
27.	Group to finalise submission proposals; 11 wards, 12 wards or 11 and 12 wards Minutes: The Working Group agreed that the Council should only submit an 11 ward proposal with three Councillors per ward.
28.	Group to finalise which submission(s) of preferred size are to be featured in the final proposal Minutes: The Working Group considered 11 ward proposals put forward by Councillors Leppard and Vince. Councillors Carter, Gunn and Leppard voted for the proposal by Councillor Leppard. Councillors Edwards and Vince voted against the proposal. It was agreed that Councillor Leppard would meet with Alison Hodgson, Electoral Services Manager, to agree some minor amendments the proposal, which would then be circulated to the Working Group for comment.
29.	Key points to be agreed in support of proposed submissions Minutes: A draft skeleton submission would be circulated prior to the next meeting.
30.	Group to decide on date of next meeting to approve proposal to be taken to Full Council Minutes: The next meeting would be held on 12 July at 1pm.
