40.	Response to LGBCE Draft Recommendations PDF 128 KB Additional documents: Appendix A - Harlow Draft Recommendations Report , item 40. PDF 4 MB Minutes: The Working Group discussed the LGBCE draft recommendations. RESOLVED that it was recommended to Full Council that: A) The Council responds to the LGBCE in general support of the draft recommendations, however, with the following suggestions: i) “Latton Bush and Commonside” ward to be named “Latton Bush and Stewards” ii) “Little Parndon” ward to be named “Little Parndon and Town Centre” iii) Harlow College and The Leisurezone to be included in the “Little Parndon and Town Centre” ward.
41.	Next Steps Minutes: The Working Group noted that officers would draft a response letter which would be circulated to all Members for any comments. The Council’s response to the LGBCE draft recommendations would go to Full Council for approval on 3 November 2022.
