Determination of Applications for Temporary Event Notices - The Pub Garden, Chequers, 2 Market Street, Old Harlow, Essex, CM17 0AH

Minutes:

The Sub Committee considered applications for four Temporary Event Notices (TENs) at the Chequers. The TENs had been referred to the Sub Committee following objections by the Council’s Environmental Health Department and Essex Police.

 

Having carefully considered the evidence presented by the Licensing Officers, the Environmental Health Department, Essex Police, the Licence Holder, and the Designated Premises Supervisor it was:

 

RESOLVED that the premises user be issued a counter notice under Section 105 (2) of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of all four TENs.
