Response to LGBCE Warding Consultation
Minutes:
The Working Group discussed whether the Council should submit a consultation response with proposals for 11 or 12 wards, or both.
The Working Group agreed that if both and 11 and 12 ward proposal were submitted, the LGBCE was likely to consider the 11 ward proposal more favorably given its minded to decision.
The Working Group considered the proposals put forward by Councillors and Officers. It was agreed that Councillors Leppard and Vince would meet with Alison Hodgson, Electoral Services Manager, to discuss final proposals.
