The Sub Committee considered an application for the review of a Premises Licence at the Three Horseshoes Public House, Three Horseshoes Road, Harlow, Essex, CM19 4HB.

Having carefully considered all the evidence presented by the Licensing Officer, the applicant, other interested parties, Essex Police, the Licence Holder, and the Licence Holder’s representative it was:

RESOLVED that:

A    The Designated Premises Supervisor be removed.

B    A condition be added to the Licence requiring at least 2 SIA licensed door staff be at the premises on every Friday and Saturday from 9pm until 30 minutes past closing for a period of three months. This was to be in addition to existing licence requirements around door staff.

C    A formal warning was to be issued to the Licence Holder in regard to the failure to promote the Licensing Objectives.
