The Regulatory Sub Committee considered a Street Trading Licence Application made by Lisa Hill, under Schedule 4 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, for the placement of a mobile catering trailer outside Hill Metal Recycling 1-3 Edinburgh Place, Harlow, CM20 2DJ.

Members of the Sub Committee considered all information and evidence presented to determine the case in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (the Act), b) and The Harlow Council Street Trading Policy 2021-2026.

Having carefully considered all the information presented by the Licencing Officer, the applicant and one objector it was:

RESOLVED that the Sub Committee agreed to grant the License for an initial period of six months subject to standard conditions with an additional condition:

A     Entry and egress of the trailer for siting will be via the grass verge only and not the footpath.
