The Sub Committee considered an application for a Street Trading Licence for Don and Bun at Mill Hatch.

Having carefully considered all of the evidence presented by the Licensing Officer, the applicant, and objectors it was:

RESOLVED that the Street Trading Licence be granted for the hours originally applied for (6am-11pm), subject to the following conditions:

A    A valid Special Traders Permit be in place at all times.

B    All necessary vehicle documentation be presented to the Licensing Department.
