Resolved that the Portfolio Holder:

A    Approved theDraft Health Impact Assessment SupplementaryPlanning Document(as setoutatAppendixA tothereport),to enableit tobe published for thepurposesofconsultation underSection12(b) of TheTown andCountry Planning(Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012(as amended).

B    Delegated authority to the Interim Head of Planning and Building Control to make and approve any minor or inconsequential amendments to the Draft Health Impact Assessment Supplementary Planning Document arising from the statutory consultation.
