A     Approved the publication of the revised draftTownCentreArea Action Plan(as setoutatAppendixA to thereport),for thepurposes of consultationunder Regulation19 of theTown andCountryPlanning(Local Planning) (England) Regulations2012 (as amended).

B    Delegated authorityto theChief Executive, inconsultationwith the Portfolio Holdersfor EnvironmentandRegeneration,tomake andapproveanyminoror inconsequentialamendmentstotheTownCentreArea ActionPlan arisingfrom thecompletionof ensuingtechnicaldocumentsandanyfurther legaladviceprior toformalpublication.

C    Delegated authorityto theChief Executive, inconsultationwith the Portfolio Holdersfor EnvironmentandRegeneration, following the consultation exercise, to submit the Town Centre Area Action Plan to the Planning Inspectorate for Examination under Regulation 22.
