Anyone who lives, works or studies in Harlow can submit or sign an e-petition via this website.
E-petitions must include a clear and accurate title explaining the subject matter of the petition, and a clear statement explaining what action you would like the Council to take.
The Council can choose to refuse to publish an e-petition if it does not satisfy relevant criteria, which can be found in the Council's Petitions Scheme in Part 5 of the Constitution.
