This had been referred to the Sub Committee following objections by Essex Police. Having carefully considered the evidence presented by the Licensing Officers, Essex Police and the Licence Holder’s legal representative it was: RESOLVED that the application to vary the Premises Licence be granted as applied for and set out in the report.
