23.	Issues Arising from the Workshop Minutes: It was agreed that copies of the presentations would be circulated to the Working Group, as well as a link to submission to the LGBCE made by Manchester City Council.

Minutes: The Working Group discussed whether the Council should submit a consultation response with proposals for 11 or 12 wards, or both. The Working Group agreed that if both and 11 and 12 ward proposal were submitted, the LGBCE was likely to consider the 11 ward proposal more favorably given its minded to decision. The Working Group considered the proposals put forward by Councillors and Officers. It was agreed that Councillors Leppard and Vince would meet with Alison Hodgson, Electoral Services Manager, to discuss final proposals.
25.	Timescales/Future Meetings Minutes: A meeting would be scheduled for 4 July at 4.30pm to agree final ward proposals. A meeting would then be required on the week commencing 11 July to discuss the Council’s formal response to the consultation.
