Communications from the Chair

Minutes:

The Chair thanked those members that had already attended his photo competition exhibition earlier on that evening and encouraged those members that hadn’t attend to view the stunning photos of Harlow before leaving. The Chair advised that both himself and the Vice-Chair had attended a number of carol concerts across Essex and Hertfordshire. The Chair also thanked members for attending his Civic Service and the choir from Saint Nicholas School for performing at the service.

RESOLVED that Full Council noted the annual Treasury Management Report for 2021/22, as set out in Appendix A to the report, and noted that the Council operated within the Treasury Management Strategy Statement during 2021/22 and approved the report.

A     It acknowledges the current position regarding the 2022/23 Local Council Tax

Support Scheme and endorses continuing stability within the scheme for

2023/24.

 

B     Approves that the current Local Council Tax Support Scheme

remains unchanged for the 2023/24 financial year.
